While our focus has shifted, our dedication to the well-being of animals in Bamberg County, SC remains as strong as ever. Our new mission is to provide free and low-cost spay/neuter services for both owned pets and the community’s feral cat population—reducing overpopulation, preventing suffering, and creating a healthier future for all.
Every dog deserves a second chance - and that chance begins with you. When you adopt from MAMAS, you're giving a homeless dog the love, safety, and joy of a forever home. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, our dogs are waiting patiently for someone just like you.
By adopting, you're not only changing one life - you are making room for us to save even more. Become a part of something meaningful. Become a part of the MAMAS family.
We can’t rescue animals from overcrowded shelters without one critical piece - a foster home. Fostering is one of the most impactful ways you can help save a life. When you open your heart and home to a pet in need, you give them a second chance - and make our lifesaving work possible.
When you give to the Foundation, your support goes directly toward our vital spay and neuter campaigns - helping reduce overpopulation and prevent unnecessary suffering.
While our primary focus is prevention, we also continue to place dogs in loving homes whenever foster space is available. In these cases, a portion of your donation may be used to cover essential medical care, ensuring each dog is healthy and ready for their forever family.
